close to city center, very convenient location. i loved 2 places which are both just next to Ibis Bonn: Cafe Karl (probably the best cafe in Germany!) and Italian restaurant, which has very good Italian food. strongly recommend for stay in Bonn

The ibis used to be a bit cheaper, but the location is excellent when doing business in Bonn or visiting the city centre. Rooms to the street are very loud if one wants to keep the window open, so it's perhaps advisable to request a room to the back.

Stayed here 2 night in december 2012 to visit the weihnachtsmarket in the city. Start of the market is around 10 minutes from the hotel. Rooms are clean and OK, bathroom is very small. Anyway overall goor value for money, nice staff and a place I'll remember for next year.

The quality of the service was a pleasant surprise. Room was clean and albeit not overly spacious, it was very practical. Typical IBIS.
