The hotel name changed into Mercure Am Europaplatz, but this hotel is above average for Mercure standards and therefore a very nice discovery ( I can compare with the Mercure Am Dom and the Mercure City in Aachen ). The hotel is situated outside the citycenter (5 to 10 minute drive) but the service and rooms compensate this little flaw.... more

A very comfortable stay was taken at the Novotel Aachen. My room was dry, the bedlinen clean, and the toilet was cleaned daily.Breakfast was an impressive display of Germany's finest hams and cheeses to accompany your dry bread.
