If you like hotels in the traditional style, then this is the hotel for you! Very nice personnel, excellent restaurant, typical and good German breakfast. The staff members in the hotel section were helpful and polite and the room was superb. The restaurant staff were slow and the service was poor but the food was excellent and the winw list extensive. The hotel is close to the lake and the walk by the lake to the old town is a long but pleasant stroll. More

A good hotel but not ideally placed. The walk into into the old town was over 20 minutes along a dual carriage way, past road works and because the pavement did not exist through a grassed area and past tenement buildings.
