This hotel is mediocre; it tries to be great, but feels too bland to be truly exclusive. The interior tries to look modern, but it's all cheap asian konck-offs. The male personnel at the reception were extremely rude and unfriendly. One would expect a more professional behaviour of a hotel which claims to have four stars.
