Food tremendous.
Reception staff of same high standard.
The location for public transport was ideal.
One slight criticism is the pillows, however if I had asked for a second one the staff would have obliged I am sure....

Germany hotels are usually pretty nice but stay away from this one! This is supposedly a 4 star hotel but I wouldn't even give it 2 stars! These are the most uncomfortable beds I've ever tried to sleep in as they sink even when you sit down. The pillows are worthless and uncomfortable. The rooms are extremely small and housekeeping...
