“What the Swiss did not know about Schweizer Hof Kassel, Germany”

My room was lit by one single small bulb, the type usually used for decoration. It hung there along with another one that was "a blind". I was told by the Hausmeister, the man looking after maintenance, that it was there for show not connected to the current!!!!! On the 3rd day he rigged up a bare bulb for me... More

I am sorry to say that the hotel is not well managed. No hotel directory in the room; no wall mirror; no safe, a bathtub with a broken stopper, no decent working area -- a large old fashioned TV takes up most of the table. We met with the manager, but she was not interested in learning of complaints. More

A 4 stars only for the prize. No fridge in the room, dirty old carpet, stained furniture, no black out in windows. Exagerated telephone charges. Try to get something better. More
