small rooms, in need of renovation. although it is located in Frankfurt there is not much to do in the evening near the hotel. It takes 20-30 minutes to go to downtown with public transport. No Garage, just a small parking lot in the backyard of the hotel.

By my definition it's not a hotel as it has no restaurant. It's a no-frills bed-and-breakfast.
The staff are friendly and helpful and provided a map for me to keep with places to eat marked out. There's also a handy sandwich bar/bakery next door.
The rooms are clean, but basic. Mine bizarrely had a large empty fridge opposite the bed...

Booked at short notice for a business trip, this hotel provided basic 3 star service at a very reasonable price when others were charging extortionate rates. Very good hotel. Close to public transportation, and just fifiteen minutes to the Frankfurter Messe and Roemer. Quiet location. Excellent service. The hotel can be conveniently reached from Airport by S-train. I enjoyed my stay there, and especially very good breakfast.
