The room was excellent - we got a club floor room which was very large and well appointed, everyhting was tasteful and in excellent condition. The htoel is rather expensive (typical of Frankfurt) though they asked for 15% commission to cash a traveller's cheque and the Internet connection and food were very expensive. Simply go elsewhere. Booked with Expedia so the room didn't have the best view, but was well equipped and spacious. The Concierge, Patrick was first class and a genuine credit to the hotel. Food in the restaurant was acceptable, though not perfect. Bar staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel has a lot of facilities including a wellness center and a fitness room. We've booked a room on the 7th floor. This gives you a great view of the skyline of Frankfurt. The parking rate isn't cheap but it is very safe and guarded. There is also a possibility to park in front of the hotel for free. more
