great Design, great rooms, booked a single room whereas bed was still a double one, very clean, nice small garden with places to sit, quite central (close to Osterstrasse) There were a lot of young guests and also business men which created a nice atmposphere. Very good interior desing however there is no telephones on the rooms and the from desk person refused to pass phone calls to the clients despite that we insisted.
