I picked this one because it was a best western and close to Altona station. The room was clean and up to the standard but extremely small. the TV was put close to the ceiling so unless laying on the bed you couldn't actually see it. the bed was comfortable. the two low pillows combined made for a decent mid-height... Stayed with my daughter in this hotel in February this year. Although near Altona Bahnhof, we did not experience noise disturbance (perhaps triple glazing?). Our room was small but perfectly formed - fantastic use of space. The room was modern and extremely comfortable. Breakfasts were delightful.

Very small room which doesnt really feels clean. Old interior , carpet and and old bath. We didnt try the breakfast since it didnt really seems to be worth the 11 euro they charged for it. on the + side it was free internet

I stayed at the Best Western Raphael Altona during July 2008. It's about a 200 yard walk from Altona train station, and thus easily accessible when arriving and moving around the city via the S-Bahn. Service is polite and the room clean and of adequate size, although breakfast is not included and will cost you seven euros extra per day.... More
