This hotel is best described as average... The rooms are generic, a bit shabby, and the corridors smell a bit of mold! Walls are paper thin: not particularly pleasant listening to the person in the room next door, in the bathroom! Breakfast expensive! Internet ... that'll be €10 please! Gym...that'll be €10 please! There are far better hotels in Hamburg. More

Whit it’s excellent service and worth the money. It is very clean and staff is really friendly. “Don't accept a room over the main road !!”

Good size, clean room, perfectly adequate & comfy for the price. Main problem is that a lot of rooms are over the main road & the traffic is horrendous.
