Hotel look avarage , avarage breakfast and used to have nice service. However this hotel has a very rude waitress who has blonde and long hair, she can scream to you any time during breakfast, if you do not eat all your breakfast or if you order any thing from her. Pre-booked, turned up given room & key, went to room, aready occupied, went back to reception, reallocated new room, went to room single not double, went back to reception lots of huffing & puffing given another room, ticked box's. I stopped here for just one night during a business trip. The personnel at the reception was very friendly and helpful. Room was fine and equipped with free internet, not wireless however. I would definitely come back.

Stayed at this hotel for one night in potsdam, a little bit away from the sights but super close to transit and the transit is very good, a bus stop and the train station as well so you never seem to be waiting to go anywhere. We were greeted with a friendly smile and provided(unrequested) with huge ammounts of information. Located very near to the park entrance and it's not the fault of the hotel that everything in the park was closed or inaccessible

Modern, friendly hotel with great service and good food. Not really close to any of the sights but just a short walk from a train station which takes runs into central Potsdam and Berlin. Rooms are comfortable and quiet.

very nice green surroundings.clean rooms.plenty of parking spaces. the reception ladies are amazing:very helpful with directions and advice about sightseeing.very convenient location for travelling to Berlin.
