It was our 2nd stay at the realy nice Hotel-Pension Bregenz. We stayed there from 28. to the 3nd of January. The rooms are allways comfortable and clean.Bathroom are nice and new. I suggest those who recommend this location don't know Berlin well! Almost all the sights/sites of real interest are within a kilometre of unter den linden, the beautiful boulevard between brandenburg tor & alexanderplatz. Stay by checkpoint charlie (several good hotels at €40 -€50 a night and you are really in the heart of the action both day & night.... more

Stayed Saturday and Sunday, 12th and 13th December in minus 3 degrees outside but warm and snug in the Bregenz. Spacious, well appointed room with comfortable bed and large, immaculate bathroom. I can see why it was highly rated by all the travelers - we were amazed at how well run this gem of a hotel is and Chritian's ability and willingness to assist. I stayed at Bregenz from 4-10 Sept 2009 as a single traveller for EUR65 per night including breakfast. What unbelieveable good value for the centre of Berlin.
