“Charged without staying”

I made a reservation, canceled in due time but still was charged by them - the reason was that they didn't get the cancelation message from www.hotel.info. I called them few times before someone was able to speak English and understand what's the problem. Now I am waiting to get my money back after forwarding them the cacelation confirmation. More
