“Great location, but lacking charme”

Stayed at the Steigenberger for two nights for business. I am regular guest at the Steigenberger in Düsseldorf, and the one in Berlin is no match. While the rooms are new and well designed, it is a big hotel which reminded me of communist style buildings. Very good breakfast buffet, but also very busy.

“Missing internet”

Perfekt stay, only problem, but a huge problem, was The missing internet (on 3 floor). You must fix this if you want us to visit you again. Your welcome procedure was outstanding, a very hige levvel, my side loved it.

“Nice Hotel”

Decent hotel in good location, something like 10 minutes walk to central bus and bahn station on zoologische garten. Fits more for business travelers. Breakfast is super don't miss it. Staff very polite. Standart room clean annd spacious, the bed confortable. Free wifi didn't work for our mobile phones and ipod, only on very few ocassions.

Room - Stayed on the 5th floor for 3 nights. Room was lovely and modern with all modcons and WIFI. We arrived on a Friday night, our wish for a room with a "single" matrace was taken care of upon request. The hotel at first sight seems a little run down, but the rooms must have been re-done recently. A great business hotel in my eyes. Beautiful, traditional hotel located close to shops and bus stops. A real treat! Great cocktails in in Piano Bar if your looking for a beverage.
