There was free parking directly outside the hotel. The hotel was very nice but there was a lot of construction work going on immediately adjacent which meant the windows were rather grubby.
The bathroom had the best shower ever - beats any 4 or 5 star hotel ever stayed in. There was free water in the room which is not...

Spacious bathrooms, but I had a few minor difficulties on arrival:
- they allocated me a room where it was clear that the previous guest (or housekeeping team?) had been smoking, the smell of smoke was too strong for me to stay in the room. They resolved this quickly and allocated me with a new room, but:

Pros:
- Great modern style and design (newly built)
- Very very clean in the rooms
- Large bathroom (with shower)
- Breakfast of high quality
- Across the street – nice pizza with free delivery to room
- 3 U-stations to Alexander platz.
Cons:
- 3-5 mins walking to nearest U-station (for somebody it will be an advantage)...
