This is a classical Berlin pension and a really nice way to stay in Berlin instead of staying in one of those impersonal luxury hotels. It is very well situated if you want to stay in West Berlin. I been twice in this Pension. Is a clean place, confortable, and cheap next to the elegant and expensive Kurfürstendamm Avenue. The location is amazing because you can wealk to Tiergarten or to the Zoo station where you can take the S.Bahn or the U bahn to Berlin Mitte (Downtown).
