We were very pleased with our four nights at Pension Galerie and endorse all previous positive comments and reports. It was a short walk from the Check-point Charlie underground station. One of the benefits of staying in this pension is that Angelika lives on the premises, so that if you have a late flight, she will always be there to greet you with a welcoming smile. Pension Galerie is a delight. Angelika and her assistant are marvellous. The hotel is small, very friendly and comfortable. The location is excellent 5 or 10 minutes walk from Checkpoint Charlie and within very easy reach of the U-bahn, so you can get anywhere in the city. Angelika cannot be mor helpful and is a mine of helpful local information.... More

We had a lovely warm welcome from Angelika who guided us to local eateries and the walking distances to the major sights. However it began before we arrived as Angelika agreed for us to have our football tickets posted to her which saved us €30! Our room was huge and spotlessly clean. Stayed in Berlin in Angelikas lovely Pension for the christmas markets. The Pension is excellently located for the main markets in Berlin, and many other interesting places. The rooms were spacious and very clean, and the service was fabulous. I thoroughly recommend a stay here and would visit again! More

The website and photos give an accurate impression of this pension, and we had a cosy, comfortable and quiet room, with a new looking and spotlessly clean shower room. We really enjoyed our stay at Pension Galerie. It was excellent value, very well situated with a very attractive and healthy breakfast.
