Well positioned for a visit to the walled city of Rothenburg ob der Tauber we were made to feel very welcome during our two night stay with Andreas at the Gasthof Zur Linde. This hotel is very affordable and is a short 8-10 minute walk from the train station. The hotel is a very short walk to the outside of this walled in city. The hotel is right outside the gate of Rothenburg medieval town. It is very convenient to get in and out of the town. There is a big parking lot and a restaurant if you want to have breakfast or dinner there. The room is small but we are ok with it since we stay only one night. Although the bathroom...
