“Best place to stay when visiting Rothenburg”

The Landwehr is a Brewery / Hotel / Restaurant with very good high quality local food. Add their own beer and it will be difficult for find a better place in the area. And the additional benefit is that you are away from the masses of tourists.

This small hotel is just off the autobahn and about 5 miles from the busy tourist town of Rothenburg ob der Tauber. We did not want to stay in Rothenburg itself, but rather close by in a quiet area. “Sweet Place”

This place is great. A good spot to stay along the Romantic Road not far from Rothenburg, so the prices are better. Good food for dinner, if a tad expensive, and of course the beers from the brewery next door are gold! So good. The rooms are clean and comfy, and the hotel overall is sweet.

very lovely hotel with good service! We just want to find any accomodation for 1 night near Rotenburg ob de Tauber... stayed in this hotel - and realise that it was best hotel for all our trip by Germany> Nice place, good rooms, PERFECT HOME FOOD, nice bear!!! Should stay next time for sure!!!

“Absolute gem of a hotel”

We had a simply delightful stay in this very friendly hotel just outside Rothenburg. Very quiet and peaceful, immaculate rooms, excellent service, fabulous food, lovely beer! Staying here was one of the many highlights of our trip.

we stayed at this lovely hotel several times already! it is located close to the motorway but yet it is no where to be seen or heard! food is delicious and the dining room very cosy!! room are not super luxerious but everything is there, breakfast is fast and a real treat!!! very good value for money and would recommend...
