We stayed at Karin's B&B for one night in August - one double and one single room. We arrived around noon and Karin welcomed us and let us into the rooms right away. She provided a quick overview of the place and gave a book with a map, a direction to the historic city and restaurant recommendation (which we used... More

We spent 2 nights in Rothenburg in early November. The B&B is located 2 minutes away from the city centre. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is to die for! If you're wanting a real German experience, I'd look no further than Haus Karin. More

The B&B is just a 10 minute walk from the old walled part of the city. We parked our car on the street for the two days without any problem. Karin is very warm and helpful, the breakfasts were nice, but the soft bed and old furniture really spoiled it in the end. Just spend some money on fixing the... More

an amazing experience, great deal at a wonderful house. Karin is super friendly, very helpful. We had an early flight and said that we're departing before 6am, Karin told us "No one leaves my house without a breakfast" and had it ready for us at 5:15am ! The breakfast is a wonder in every regard - food is perfectly prepared... More

We had the privilige of staying with Karin Dec 16 - 18, 2011. Everything we read about this place in the reviews is true. It is close to the city center. It is clean and has a great breakfast. She has beer and water for you in a small refrigerator which is nice for when you return after a day... More

We were picked up by Karin's husband at the train station, which was a huge bonus. He was friendly and helped us with our luggage. When we got to Karin's house she was also initially friendly and showed us to our room on the lower level and even let us have the room next to us for our luggage. Their... More

Our family of 6 stayed 3 nights with Karin and enjoyed every minute of it! Her hospitality was outstanding and the perfect way to start our trip through the German Christmas Markets. Breakfast was outstanding - with plenty to choose from and lots of homemade and local goodies! We really enjoyed chatting with Karin about her country, her family, her... More

We stayed at Haus Karin at the end of November. It was easy to find with Karins excellent directions and when we went on day trips we did not have trouble getting back to the house. There was parking on the street which was helpful if you have a car. And it took us about 7 minutes to get into... More

The couple are very nice hosts. They offer pick up from the train station and prepare very delicious breakfast everyday. They gave up many ideas on the place to visit. The rental fee is very cheap but the room is very clean and quite. You will find a chocolate on the well-tide-up linen everyday. I definitely go there again if... More

Karin is great! She was the perfect hostess for our 2 nights in Rothenburg. She helped us with restaurant accomodations, directions, etc and was very friendly to us the whole time we were there. Walk to main square is only 10-15 minutes with the new walking path being built and the neighborhood is very quiet. Great breakfast also. All for... More
