Stayed for business, this was a wonderful place to stay. The staff was helpful, it's centrally located to almost everything you would want to see. The rooms were large and well cared for. The only complaint was the church bells from the DOM. I will be back on vacation.

When I am in Regensburg, I always stay at Hotel Bischofshof. It's convenience, character and restaurant are the reasons I keep coming back. The rooms have lots of charm; some rooms have a view of the Dom, which is fantastic. I highly recommend it.

We stayed in the annex where our large room was literally 10 metres or so from the Cathedral. Only drawbacks were the lack of airconditioning, which - combined with open windows and pealing church bells - can make it hard to sleep on hot nights, and a rather slow internet connection that required a new username and password every day....
