Nice position, quiet and isolated but only 15 minutes to center of Passau on foot (a few minutes by bike). Nice accommodation for a a budget price. Kind staff. Safe recovery for the bikes, closed with key. Average-to-good breakfast. Owner very kind, gave us the possibility to park the car for a week without any extra charge.
