“A review from Passau... Oh, NO! From Austria!”

Total fraud! The hotel is from Austrian side, not from Passau! The quality is austrian, not German. I wanted to stay on the german side because german hotels are by far better than those from Austria. Anyways...: 5 stars for location. 2 stars for service. They do not want to help you.
