This is actually a very nice hotel. Unfortunately, when we were there some of our personal items were stolen from our room. Maritim Hotel is a typically German hotel with good standard, good breakfast, a really nice pub, clean rooms and this is also very close to the old town with a tunnel from the wall, close to train station, 15 minutes with taxi from airport and 15 mins from Die Messe. More

For visiting the old city or using the railway station, the location is perfect. Typical modern city hotel which is very efficiently managed even when under pressure from a large conference. Attractive restaurant serving an extensive breakfast buffet whilst dinner menu appeared rather restrictive (plenty of restaurants near-by .... see report for Pillhofer ). Just a couple minutes by foot from the train station and across the street from the old town, this is the perfect location. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are decent size. It's nothing palatial but it's clean and convenient. Would stay here again. More

Stayed here for weekend break in early July. Unfortunately I didn't get to spend a lot of time in the hotel as we were out most days so didn't get to sample the breakfast or use the small pool which looked very serene.
