Rooms are small but clean and the location is great. But the staff is gruff to the point of rude and the prices are very steep for what you get. It's also on a noisy pedestrian street and the partying below goes on very late.

A small hotel with a great location, friendly staff, good breakfast and the price wasn't too bad either :)

Our 2nd time in Munich and we were not dissapointed with the Hotel for our purpose. We came to see the City and enjoy ourselves and for this we need a clean, comfortable and well locatated hotel to sleep in at night and have a breakfast in the morning before wondering back onto the streets of Munich again and the...

This hotel is close to the rail station and pretty much in the city centre. It is therefore well positioned to stay at as a traveller.
Staff friendly and the old guy who mans the desk at night is a bit of a quiet comedian.
Rooms clean and tidy.
Breakfast typical for this part of europe and ample.
Well recommended.

Had to stay here twice for business. Did not like it at all. First of all the German oak meets youth hostel appeal does not meet my taste. But apart from that, my single room was tiny, the bed too small for me and the bathroom - although clean - miniature and old. Breakfast is uninspired, too. The boiled eggs...

Great little hotel just outside the station but still on a good road. Very quite though with good double glazing and shutters if needed. Very friendly staff, nice rooms and decent breakfast. 15 minute walk to centre of town (Marianplatz) Only let down is the typical German pillow which is very uncomforable but you get them everywhere !

We were not happy at first sight. Small entrance in a small street near central station, but the smile, the wellcome and the cosy room paid us back.
You are near in nearly everything by staying here.Either you can walk or take the metro to visit everything you want in Munich.Breakfast needs more variety but was nice.

Friendly staff, always saying good morning at breakfast time!
Nice, clean room with TV and good view of the street. Not noisy at night time.
Bathroom had a sliding door and was very small and a bit out-dated but perfectly clean and had everything we needed.
Breakfast was very nice, and included in the already cheap price.
Good supermarket just...

This was a last minute booking through booking.com and I had no time to research. I should have paid more and gone elsewhere. The site listed it as a 3* but even with low standards we could not see why. There are no amenities at all. No lobby or lounge, no pool or gym no a/c, not even an ability...

If you reserved with an agency please verify after check in if "they" have received the money from agency. I had a small problem at check out. The agency had payed but the receptionist doesn't know.!?
