If the hotel classification was three stars, I would consider it ok. However, it is not at all a four star hotel. All aspects (service, room, design, breakfast, value) are average and all right, if you just have to spend one night close to the train station.

I booked this hotel for my parents for an extended night from our holiday in Germany. I didn't stay here but my parents were really happy with the location, services and the price. They even recommended us to stay here if we come to Munich again!

As we stepped into the room, we could smell sewage-like odour. The room wasn't very well cleaned. It felt more like a hostel with cheap furniture fittings and dim lights.
