It is nice and clean and the staff are friendly. However, the parking garage with hotel entry are confusing and they have one tiny elevator that seems to be the only one that goes to the garage. The big elevator, if you happen in with large group checking in, will not go down to garage without stopping at reception floor.... More

Stayed here During the Bauma 2013 show, price was lower then the other hotels for this time. It is a basic hotel, with a good breakfast buffet, nothing special, just good value for money, during a time when other hotels are acting like bandits.

I stayed at the Ibis Schwabing a couple of times and will do it again. You get a decent breakfast buffet, the staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. as always, you know what you are going to get, and we were not dissapointed staff friendly. we thought there might be some bars nearby, but apparently not, but the train was only a 10-15 minute walk then 10 more into Munich Centre
