We did NOT have a good experience here. Our companions were first given a room where the shower door was broken, the toilet didn't flush and was leaking sewage onto the floor, and the heat wasn't working (in December!!). Excellent location in the middle of central Munich. Some of the rooms are better than others--we had one which was downright bad, but they changed us when we asked, and all the other rooms weren't bad at all. Clean and cheap. Very wll located with a traditional decoration. Amazing spiral wooden staircase (there are no elevators). A little noisey, specially when there are football games, because of the bar close to the entrance door.
