The Sofitel marketing folk like to use the word "Magnifique"-this Sofitel is (in the German equivalent ) nearly Herrlich. What made this hotel were the staff and the comfort / views from the room. Food is over-priced but good. Only gremlin is communications in the restaurant, but the management resolved this very well.
