I was in Munich on business. It was an extended stay. The staff were very professional and helpful. I was very concerned about my use of the German language. The staff spoke English to me and did not "roll" their eyes like the Parisians did years ago. Would love to return some day (after investing in Rosetta Stone, of course)

cool and clean room... good prices at the bar, everything was fine, good position. BUT TOO HOT TEMPERATURE IN THE ROOM!!!! On the night of 1 january I slept with the window opened and radiators closed! Position was very good too, just in front of the U-bahn station, just 4-5 stops from MarienPlatz, Park is easy to find.

Stayed in the corner room above the lobby. Streets were very quiet at night. Rooms were not huge but fine for two people. The particular room had great corner window to see down the street. Breakfast was buffet and excellent. Right across the street from a metro station. I will try to stay there again.

When we check in, they refused to give us more than one key to the room (they said they were fully booked and needed the keys!!), which was inconvenient as we needed two (they eventually gave us another key the following day after we kept asking them). Very affordable hotel. Paid less than what I paid for other hotels and gotten alot more. Very big room, near the Metro, nice staff, quiet area, NO complaints!
