Great location, only 10-15 min away from the center. Very quiet neighborhood. The room and the bathroom were very clean. TV had a couple of English channels. Breakfast was especially good, great variety of food and drinks ( juices, tea, coffee), enough to skip a lunch. Will definitely stay at Top Hotel Carmen again. more

Whilst staff were pleasant, the Carmen lacks facilities and its single rooms are TINY! It is clean, however not at all conducive to relaxation or even basic comfort. Convenient perhaps to Oktoberfest, but otherwise lacks any redeeming features. more
