OK, inexpensive hotel. Pro: near U-Bahn/S-Bahn train stop. Cons: old dirty carpet, rooms overlooking street are loud - request a room that isn't overlooking Rablstrasse. Worn out room, but OK for a night or two. Bella Italia restaurant at Rosenheim Platz has great pasta & pizza at cheap prices. No in-rooom safe, even though my confirmation said my room would... More

Stayed here for a single night and left with some mixed feelings about this place. Check-in was friendly and professional and I was given an upgrade free of charge (due to booking situation). Entering the suite, I found it all clean and quiet, but the interior itself seems rather "outdated" and the layout quite bizarre (two storied, with an intermediate... More

I lived in this place in Feb 2012. 1. The kitchen is too small. I couldnt cook anything in it properly. When you ask for some extra plates, or extra fry-pan, all you get from the reception desk is a stiff NO. I asked for a pan, and they refused directly, without making an effort to being one. 2. Really... More

I stayed here for a week in November 2011. Have previously stayed for a similar length of time at the Hilton City, a few streets away. This is an area of Munich that I love with the convenience of public transport, supermarkets, pharmacy and the local shopping centres (including a great manicure) This hotel met all expectations held for the... They made all this little things that make your stay comfortable - free water&beer minibar, some free internet, small kitchen corner, ... etc. Street Paking for 6 eur/day. Walkable to Marienplatz, close to Deutches museum. Choosing between the famous hotel nets in that area and Derag - i tried derag - and i guess it's better than most of them.

Stayed for 2 separate weekends - didn't expect a 5 star place, but didn't expect my bookings to be mixed up with either. There was a mistake in their booking system so during check-in and check-out the front desk staff insisted that breakfast was not included when in fact I had already pre-paid for it. The rooms are a bit... More

Stayed three nights last week at this hotel and was suprisingly pleased, not sure what I was expecting for not a lot of money, but what I wanted was a budget business stay with no fuss and this is exactly what I got, from the cheery welcome to the fast checkout everything was a really pleasent experience. There are always... More

The location is great when coming from the airport by train. The s-bahn stop is close to the hotel. s-bahn takes you fast to the center and to the main railway station. The hotel has confusing decor. The reception hall and the corridors are trying to be modern but then the reception and brakfast room are kind of cottage style.... More

Great place to stay for the 3 or so nights we were there, convenient (very close to the train station/trams) and a down a lovely side street which keeps it nice and quiet. A short walk away from a post office, local cafe's and restaurants and around the corner from a supermarket.Very clean and small rooms, miniature kitchenette but that's... More

This is a small, clean hotel very close to the Rosenheimer Platz S-Bahn station. It's in a backstreet so is pretty quiet too. The rooms and the en-suites are relatively small but they serve their purpose. The staff were friendly and pleasant. I'd stay again, particularly as it only cost me £50 for the night.
