Stayed 2 nights in June 2011 part of a business trip with a group. Had room 414 which was on 4th floor and facing the main road in front of the hotel so it was very noisy with an opened window as there's no a/c in room. The hotel service is very friendly and helpful. Especially if you need to book for a larger group it is a very good choice. The selection of products for breakfast allows you to enjoy Bavarian hospitality. Unfortunately the rooms are not refurbished and look a little bit old. If you are in town for a fair at Messe it is too far, but the distance to central train station or city center is quite all right (of course by tram). The hotel is clean, rooms are spacious and staff were friendly. Löwenbrau at Marienplatz and the Italian restaurant at Leonrodplatz are my reccomended places closeby.
