Hotel is in bad neighborhood but near Oktoberfest. Hotel is very clean and staff is courteous. Rooms are modern and updated but no refrigerators, no vending machines either. Didn't know they had a fitness room until checking out. Breakfast was very pricey.

The Hotel Demas is a smart small hotel in the Munchen Area. It's close to the Subway station ( 5 mins walking ), clean and comfortable. Also rich is the breakfast offered in the morning. I advice staying here for a visit in the City. It also has a Sauna and a safe private Garage and a free Wifi service.
