This hotel is very reasonably priced and in a good location within easy walking distance of both castles. We stayed in the guesthouse behind the main building. The room was quite small but very clean. We had a balcony with a super view of Neuschwanstein Castle. The breakfast was a bit lacking. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

If you want a clean basic room this is it! No tv, no refrigerator in room but backyard grass patio with the view of the castle was great.
