This is a very nice hotel. We called on short notice for reservations, and were helped immediately. Hotel is a 10 minute walk through the river park to central Bayreuth. Our home for 9 nights during the recent Bayreuth Festival. A fabulous stay! Hotel and staff cater to the festival crowd superbly. Enjoyed the just-completed air-conditioned rooms (the only in Bayreuth, I understand)! Breakfast is great and turns into brunch till 1:30p. Shuttle to Festspielhaus is helpful. Superb in all ways.
