Clean room, comfortable bed, lovely breakfast well worth the 8 euros,but best of all the staff here are charming, helpful and polite. The first night we parked our Vauxhall Meriva at the front door. Later a receptionist guided us to a free parking place close by. Four days not enough. I'd give it 10 out of 10. more
Conveniently located for travel purposes - beside the bus and train stations. Acceptable budget hotel for short stay in Lyon. more
My sister and I stayed here for a night. No real issues, but definitely and little dingy. Service wasn't particularly amazing either, but hey, this is France. Of more concern, however, was the overall sketchiness of the area. I'd definitely recommend staying north of the train station if you can afford to. Convenient location though. more
I also had an issue with price of booking. I booked in Nov 06 through a booking website and arrived in Sep 07 being told that an email had been sent and price had changed. Price was more than DOUBLE and email was sent only 24 hours before check-in, which I didn't see and in any case is too late... more
We had a very bad experience with this Hotel who after we had booked, confirmed and paid our deposit through a reputable hotel booking site proptly told us they had decided to increase the price. Not just by a little bit but they DOUBLED THE PRICE!!! This was competly unacceptable as we were on a budget and staying for 3... more
