The hotel was in a good location, close to the 'Old Town" area which is worth seeing.

I stayed here for 5 nights in July 2011. They hotel is basic but my room was large and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room did not include a coffee maker or fridge which many hotels have today. There were double windows and it was quiet.

We stopped of in Lyon on our return journey from Cote D'Azur. The hotel is within easy walking distance of some excellent restaurants and shops in the centre and we found the location to be just right for our needs - indeed we may well return for a longer stay sometime in the future.

A standard Ibis, not as nice as some of the updated ones, but perfectly acceptable if you just need a clean room that is within walking distance of town center and at a reasonable rate.
