This would have to be one of the worst apartments/hotels we have ever stayed in with it's only redeeming feature being that is is relatively close to Gare Part Dieu and there is a small supermarket around the corner.
Don't get caught out when booking online only to realize on checkin that a sofa bed really means a sofa bed....a...

Another quick review, looks like Im in the mood of writing reviews tonight.
Hotel is about 1 miles south of part dieu train station.
Metro is 10 mins walk.
Convenience store 2 mins walk.
Bakery 2 minutes walk.
Metro to Gerland stadium, 15-20 minutes.
Room is small, but clean.
Service is good.
Laundry is available at hotel but very expensive....

Shabby, old, dark, poor lighting, cracked basin, nasty stain on toilet bowl, staff rude, if one wanted the room making up you will be charged 20 euros a day, what sort of hotel is this? We chose NOT to have breakfast, and as well we did, after seeing the poor selection for a sum of 9euros a person.the room was...

The hotel management were well aware of the problem and the encouraged...

Location was good because I wanted a room near Gare Lyon Part Dieu but that was it.
No A/C made it sleeping impossible and the room was filthy it needs a complete refurbishment.
Free Wired internet worked once. No wi-fi in the room only in the lobby.
Dont waste your money here - check Ibis round the...

The Hotel is very old but rates are similar to other in Lyon. Even though the system is the same as in other hotel of the Citadines chain there are some aspects that are not good, expecially for the French 3 stars category: very old and unconfortable beds, a very small breakfast, the time when reception is open (some friends...

Although we found the place relatively easily (lucky guess), the best strategy is to park somewhere near Rue Moncey and walk to reception as its not easily seen from the streets. There is a car park underneath the premises. Double beds are not readily available for smaller rooms, this place is probably more suited to business travellers on short stop...

Works well for a stay while travelling in the Provence area and on to Paris because it has a metro station nearby, a laundry facility in the hotel (dryers not long enough time) and a kitchenette to allow you some time to get off the fixed price restaurant menu. Not a great place if it is your first intro to...
