Located in suburban area of Lyon but not far away from the city is a peaceful place to stay. Just few minutes away from the train station makes it convenient to reach any place of interest in the city. Staff understands English and is polite and prompt. Rooms were dimly lit though but clean and comfortable, nearby restaurants make it... More

Two nice flatscreens in suite, but TV reception on some channels was subpar, Upon arrival, we were sent to a room that wasn't ready. We were immediately given a new room and two free movies for our trouble. We did have to remind them on the final bill that the movies were complimentary. We did not use hotel parking but... More

Only 4 metro stops to the city centre. Very quiet, you don't hear any noise from the next room or even from the street. Breakfast is very very expensive, but you have tea and coffee in the room and there's a supermarket close to tho hotel. The worst: from 22.30 pm there's no room service and the bar is closed. More

We just came back from staying at the Mercure Lemaire. While perhaps not being in downtown Lyon, it was still in the city limits and very close to the metro station. We had a very quiet room, well furnished, it slept well and excellent AC. The front desk people no matter which shift were extremely friendly and helpful. We rented... More

Very close to the Metro although need a transfer from the TGV train station. Not so attractive neighborhood, but easy to get around to the tourist area by the Metro. Stayed in the privilege room which has the coffee machine with coffee pods. Asked for a tea kattle and the staff brought up right away. Asked for a triple room... More

Walking from the hotel to the centre of Lyon (downtown) takes about 30 minutes. However, the hotel is located close to the metro station (about a 3 minute walk), which means you´ll have access to most parts of the city within few minutes. The hotel was under renovation as I was visiting. Although I didn´t notice much of the works... More
