Stayed in a triple room on top floor, very pleasant with velux windows looking onto the mountains. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, our rooms was available early when we arrived at 11.30am and they kindly laid on early breakfast to accomodate our transfer home at 5.30am - can't think of many hotels offering this. We stayed here over new year, and despite the bad reviews, booked it anyway as not much was available for only 3 nights.... They must have done some serious renovations since those reviews about the smells and the dogs, as there is certainly no trace of that now.
