Stayed here 4 nights based on Trip Advisor reviews and we were extremely pleased. Very helpful courteous staff, soft fluffy towels, instant hot water and great water pressure, free WiFi, comfortable bed and you could not beat the location. we have just spent 4 nights here. Arrived on a Thursday evening in need of a drink aftre a 15 hour drive from UK, only to be told they had no staff on to make us a drink in the bar. Not good! Same thing happened again during our stay- no staff to look after the bar and no tea/coffee... more

Good location but nothing special. 1 night here for 2 rooms cost the same as 2 nights elsewhere on our trip south. Perhaps thats Annecy?
