It was really hot, so the a/c was great. The people at the front desk were very helpful as we booked the room. Its only about 5 blocks from the tourist area. Even tho its on a main street, it did not seem that loud. The parking lot was full, but there was overnight parking a block away. more

Stayed for a night had a few problems with a the computer system, and got upgraded to a larger room for free. Had no problems with the rooms or anything in the hotel. Stayed here for one night and there was nothing to complain about. The hotel is clean and the room was good size. Location is not very nice, just near a motor way exit. I've stayed at better hotels in Annecy (for example Allobroges Hotel), but it's absolutely okay. I didn't know if I was about to give it three or four stars, and I'd probably choose 3½ stars. I got what I payed for and I wasn't disappointed at all, because this is what a classic Best Western Hotel look like for me.... more
