This hotel is in a fabulous location, just a ten minute pleasant walk along the promenade at the end of the lake into the centre of the old town.

this is the second time i've stayed at this hotel. It was only for 1 night but i will be back again and it will be for longer. Only 10 minutes walk into town along the Lake and it had free parking and they even offered to put my car in there garage (as it has no roof)

The hotel was very well located, walking distance from the beach and the center of town, yet far enough from the noise of the tourists. The service was impeccable. the rooms were cleaned promptly. I highly recommend Le Faisan Dore. I stayed there for 10 days in April 2006, and everything was perfect. Great location on the lake and at walking distance from the town center, that is just at a short walk's distance through the park along the lake. There is also a bus stop across from the hotel.
