we sometimes stay un mercure hotels and so we did also in marseille. it was in a good location, few nice points justminutes away. metro station was also in a walkable distance. calm hotelwith its usual "mercure" standardsized" interiour, but we felt cosy there -nothing special,but full good for a short touristic trip there. staff did their job as usual.

Great service. I forget my toothpaste and the friendly receptionist gave me s miniature without ne having to ask. All the staff have been extremely polite and helpful. The hotel is expensive, not conveniently located, the lobby and public areas are tired, the room was clean but minimalist. Bath tub is dangerous (slippery). Takes time to check in and out as the receptionist keeps answering phone calls (while her colleague is resting an office on the back). Would be acceptable for 60 euros, not 110.
