Not as advertised and needs a lot of TLC. Semi-attentive staff, but appear not to have time for you. Location is good, in center of Orange and close to lots of restaurants. A friendly hotel, based in the centre of Orange and well within walking distance of both the Roman Theatre and the Arc de Triomphe - both definite "musts".
