Locarno is not worth the money. The decor in our room was extremely shabby and outdated with a filthy stained greying carpet and shoddy old dirty finish in the bathroom. Just come back from the Hotel Locarno, it is not a 3 star hotel, more like a 2 star. Carpets weren't the cleanest and the room was VERY dated.
