"Frejus-St Rapahel centre" - means that it's half way between the two and not central to either. To be fair you can walk to St Raphael port in 15 minutes (if you walk fast).

Comfortable hotel with biggest rooms of any Etap I've stayed in - no more furniture though; but it did have a proper bathroom. Easy to find and park. Supermarket nearby and good pizzeria/bistro just under the hotel. more
