Very good accommodation in general, which was spoilt by the sofa in our sitting room which was overdue a cleaning. The hotel is convenient for Nice and there are a number of decent restaurants in easy walking distance. A small supermarket and a baker's shop are also close by. The staff were always very pleasant and helpful. More

Dear FrankM_9, Thank you for your comment, it’s true that Eza Vista is near the center of the village and you can find easily accommodations in a walking distance. During this winter, normally there will be some renovations and we will try to change some worned sofas (even if they are not old because the Residence is open since 2006)... More

Just flown home today from 4 nights at the Eza Vista hotel. I am a female solo traveller and I had a studio apartment on the lower floor. I have absolutely no complaints - clean everywhere, lovely bathroom, comfy bed, well equipped kitchen area, friendly helpful staff. The pool area is ideal and a great chillout place. Eze is a... Dear Ladybird2254, Thank you very much for all your nice comments, we are very happy that you enjoyed your stay at Eze… Since the bus is only 1€ it’s a very cheap and famous solution to visit the area (Nice, Monaco or beaches) Best regards More

We loved our stay at Eza vistas. We had a car for 3 days and were able to explore the area ( Nice, Cannes, Monaco, Villefranche, La turbie ,Menton etc) all easy 30-10 minute drives away. The village of eze is small but has a good array of restaurants to eat at in the evening a small local supermarket and... More

Dear Jacquiep, We are very happy that you enjoyed your stay in the French Riviera and at Eza Vista. For wifi, unfortunately the appartment’s wall blocked the wifi signal that’s why it’ only available on the hall or in our terrasse. Actually, we are trying to find a better solution for the future. Best regards More

My husband and I have just returned from our week honeymoon in Eze, where we stayed for a full week in Eza Vista. It is a peaceful, clean, well serviced, relaxed hotel that exceeded our expectations. It is definately value for money in a very pricy part of France. The room was spotless on arrival and well equipped with all... More

My fiancee and I went to Eze in mid July to celebrate our engahememt and Eze Vista was the only hotel where we could find an avaiable room online. We had booked a nice restaurant and was really looking forward to the evening. When we arrived in Eze Vista the hotel seemed nice, but when we got the room it... More

Dear Sir, It is not possible for us to accept this kind of comments about our hotel when it is not reflect the reality. it is true that there was a smell in the first apartment we gave you and we apologise for that, but there is no way this smell can affect our customers’ health as it is not... We just returned from a great stay at Eze Vista. We went to an anniversary celebration for friends where much of the activities took place in Cap D'Ail, about 15 minutes away. I booked here because we wanted to find a family room for our group of five. The hotel was just great -- just what we were looking for... More

Dear Cerrj, Thanks for taking the time to share your experience with us; we are glad you enjoyed your stay at our residence Eza Vista. You are right to mention that our bigger apartments (from 4 to 6 persons) are a good value for quality around the year for families and group of friends, as it is surely less expensive... More

If you are thinking of booking this "hotel" then you need to understand this point so that your expectation is managed. Eza Vista is very good apartment-style self-catering accommodation. That's what they claim to be and that is what they deliver (in fact they do more than that because they clean your room every day and make the bed etc).... More

Dear Hanskraay, Thank you for sharing your experience at Eza Vista Residence, we are glad you enjoyed your stay and the residence itself. As you probably noticed by reading some of the comments on Trip Advisor, there are sometimes negative comments which are most of the time quite unfair and we even wonder if the customer went to our residence,... Having read many reviews on this hotel, we requested a room with a view and got a 2nd floor suite. It was basic but clean enough. With a bakers 2 minutes away and supermarket 3 mins away, we self catered for breakfast and 2 nights of our 4 night stay and ate out the rest of the time. We loved... More

While on our Honeymoon in France I booked this "Hotel" online after viewing it's online profile. I had originally intended to stay 3 nights but the booking fell thru ( not thru any fault of the Hotel ) but thank goodness.....! After passing thru the attractive Lobby and overlooking the modern breakfast area you unfortunately wind up at your room.... More

Dear Fearnoone, We are sorry to read that you didn’t enjoy your stay at Eza vista. We try to do our best to maintain our residence; the cleaning of the garden is done regularly. Concerning curtains and sofa, it’s true that some of them need to be changed due to the normal wear or to the non-respect of some customers.... More

We LOVE the village of Eze on the French Riviera - it's located between Monte Carlo and Nice and provides an EXCELLENT base in which to explore the region. Medieval Eze is one of the prettiest villages on the Cote d'Azur and is well worth a visit - the gardens, views and shops at the top of the hill are... More
